Markerstudy Limited is authorised and regulated by the
Financial Conduct Authority, and is responsible for the
marketing and distribution of Markerstudy Insurance
Company Limited’s products. In this key supporting role,
we provide a full range of claims and administration
services to a large number of intermediaries in the UK.
We offer a wide variety of motor products, encompassing Private Motor (including schemes business),
Private and Public Hire, Fleet, Motorcycle and Commercial Vehicle. Our knowledgeable personnel offer a fast
and flexible approach and focus on specialist niche sectors where our expertise can add the greatest value.
Product Development
Due to the size of the group, we maintain an agile attitude to product development. We are always delighted to look
at potential or existing schemes for unusual motor risks, and understand the individual needs of the customer
is the most important factor.
Claims
We have developed our claims service to ensure that our policyholders receive a first class experience delivered by
staff who are specifically trained to exceed expectations. We take a proactive approach to claims, participating in many
leading leakage management and fraud initiatives.
Technological Investment
We have put digital at the heart of our business strategy, investing in new technology so that we’re
able to react to market changes and create accurate prices as they happen. We were awarded the
Data Mastery and Analytics award at the Celent Model Insurer Awards 2015, based on the
