Retail Products

Private Car
We cater for a wide range of clients, including young female drivers,
convicted drivers and car enthusiasts. Our insurance solutions
cover standard family saloons through to heavily modified imports,
classic cars and motorhomes. We also offer a variety of add-on
products including legal, breakdown and excess protection.
Equine
We offer equine insurance, plus associated horsebox and horse
trailer insurance. We also cater for other commercial vehicles not
related to horses.
Catering
We provide niche catering insurance coupled with specialist industry
knowledge direct to customers, as well as through our sub-broking
division. Our combined new business, renewal and customer service
department is a one-stop-shop, servicing all mobile catering
customers’ requirements for specialist vehicle, trailer and liability
insurance. Although the majority of our business is with sole traders,
we also insure business partnerships and limited companies (turnover
can vary from less than £30,000 up to £4 million).
Travel
We have capacity to provide competitive and specialist travel
insurance particularly for pre-existing medical conditions.
Home
We offer a wide range of home insurance, from standard to flood
risk insurance, high value, non standard and unoccupied property.
Telematics
We offer a bespoke Telematics third party administration service
working with all platforms and Telematics service providers to
deliver excellent customer service and sales.
The Retail Division’s primary aim is to provide customers with the correct policy for their needs,
coupled with excellent service.
Motor Trade
With astute leadership, this department has gone from strength
to strength. We offer a motor trade ‘road risk only’ product catering
for car sales, mechanics, car valets and breakdown recovery.
Commercial
We have a network of experienced business managers located throughout the UK, each providing commercial cover for local businesses and
supported by an efficient administration team. We tailor insurance solutions to suit the specific needs of our clients and endeavour to provide
a friendly, personalised, face-to-face service. We cater for all commercial risks, including:
We target the SME market with a turnover of up to £10 million. However, our customer base is extremely wide and we can supply solutions for all
risks - premium spend varies from £50 to £90,000.
