Martin

Wills

Managing Director

Martin initially trained for seven years as a building services

engineer, focusing on 3D modelling design of air conditioning

units at large-scale sites including Canary Wharf.

As a co-founder of Vision, Martin handles all operations within

the company, including the logistics and claims departments.

A keen and successful motor racing driver, Martin is currently

racing an MG F and MG ZR with the sponsorship of Lancaster

Insurance in support of Prostate Cancer UK.

Thornton

Managing Director

Chris joined Auto Windscreens in 2014,

bringing with him 12 years’ board-level

experience at market-leading service

businesses. Using his proven

results-driven sales background and

strategic business approach, Chris is

now driving forward Auto Windscreens’

operations and strengthening its core

focus on growth and innovation.

Educated at Cambridge, he has held

senior positions at logistics firm FTA

Business Services, Autoglass and

RAC/Lex Autocentres.

Graham

Partlow

Group Contact Centre

Manager

Graham joined Markerstudy as the

Group Contact Centre Manager in

December 2014. He is responsible

for the delivery of all FNOL activity

across own brand, Synchronicity

propositions and Auto Windscreens.

Ensuring we achieve telephony SLA

and conversion KPI on behalf of our

stakeholders is a key aspect of his

day to day role. Graham is driven to

deliver excellent performance and

quality results.

Phil Kemp

Operations Director

Phil started his career in the British

Armed Forces training as a surveyor

in the Royal Marines. After which he

decided a change of direction was

required and joined Auto Glass, carrying

out many regional roles across the

country. The opportunity to then join

HomeServe came along, where various

roles were held. In his 7 year tenure

with them, he saw the business through

a significant period of change and

re-structure, resulting in HomeServe

becoming the leading home emergency

service. Phil joined Auto Windscreens

as Operations Director in March 2015 to

help lead the company into its next

phase of growth and exceptional service

delivery. Phil is responsible for Field

Operations, the Auto Windscreens’ fleet,

Customer Care, Training, Innovation and

Supply Chain.

Marc

Lafferty

Sales Director

To date, Marc has enjoyed a successful

career in international sales

leadership and general management

roles across a number of product and

service organisations, most recently

as Managing Director at Acal BFI UK

Ltd. He knows the windscreen market

well, having previously held a senior

role for Belron where he was

responsible for key high level global

insurer and lease relationships.

With an INSEAD MBA he is a great

addition to the Auto Windscreens’

team and will focus on taking key

account relationships to new levels.

Vision is an established credit and intervention hire solution company

which assists motorists involved in road traffic accidents nationwide.

Started in 1995 under the name Motor Claims Direct, Vision was

acquired by Markerstudy Group of companies in December 2012.
