We’re celebrating a fourth year of success at The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For Awards after demonstrating unfaltering strength in the face of tough competition, coming in as one of the top 30 ‘Best Companies to Work For’ in Britain.
Following a glittering awards ceremony at Battersea Evolution on Thursday 25th February, Markerstudy placed at a triumphant 29th with ‘Extraordinary’ status, three stars (the highest) and glowing statistics to match.
Surveys conducted as part of the awards found that 82% of people believe the company is run on strong principles and 81% of people said that the Group CEO, Kevin Spencer, is an inspirational leader.
Gary Humphreys commented: “To once again be a ‘Best Company to Work For’ in Britain is a testament to our tireless commitment to our employees and the great industry we work in. We’re passionate about maintaining our strong sense of fun, and rewarding and recognising our staff in equal measure. We match dedication to our company values with an extraordinary sense of vision and enthusiasm. It’s a brilliant place to work and it’s heartening to see this recognised by Best Companies and all of our loyal staff.”
Hot on its heels was another award for Auto Windscreens, scooping Best Customer Satisfaction Strategy at the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, hosted by the Institute of Customer Service at the London Hilton on Park Lane, 1st March.
James Macbeth, Operations Director of Auto Windscreens commented on the win: “Winning Best Customer Satisfaction Strategy is a fantastic recognition of our continued dedication to ensure that we serve our customers to the best of our ability. It’s what Auto Windscreens is all about; our entire business model and customer care strategy is built around this company mantra.”
