Graham Partlow joins Markerstudy Group

Graham Partlow has joined Markerstudy Group as Group Contact Centre Manager in Chesterfield following five years as Associate Director at Minster Law.
Graham, who began his new role in January 2015, is responsible for all FNOL activity and brings with him a wealth of knowledge following 20 years of experience in large contact centre operations. Previously, Graham managed the Dixons Stores Group Technical Contact Centre which provided sales support to more than 3.5 million customers each year in the UK and Nordics.
He joins the Senior Management Team tasked with ensuring telephony SLA’s and conversion KPI’s are achieved for the Group.
